SUMMARY:Mass Digitization Collaborative Information Session 
DESCRIPTION: Lyrasis' new Mass Digitization Collaborative offers members the opportunity to contribute materials to a regional mass digitization project. Lyrasis facilitates the process by selecting vendors and developing a collaborative collection development policy, guidelines, standards, and workflows. The Collaborative is funded by the Lyrasis membership and supported in part through a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. The full project was originally opened to all PALINET members in October 2008.    Lyrasis members who are interested in learning more about Lyrasis' digitization collaborative.
