5 Habits of People Who Form Good Habits (SEFLIN)

Many people make resolutions at the beginning of every year, knowing in their hearts that they won’t keep them. Why won’t they keep them? Because they haven’t thought through what new habits will be required to make sure “this one sticks” – or even why they want to make the change in the first place. And as we all know, the “deciding” to change is the easy part!

So you see – it’s all in our minds. But we already knew that didn’t we? In this 90-minute session, we’ll be taking some time to walk through a few simple steps that will help us actually succeed the next time we choose to tackle a new habit –or get rid of an old one.
