Have you ever set an exciting goal, only to find yourself not making much progress? I think we have all experienced that! But there are tools available to us to help us set AND achieve our goals.
In the first 90-minute session, we’ll discover the difference between a wish and a goal – and we’ll learn how to turn those wishes into goals with a simple 3-step process. We’ll develop an understanding of why so many goals are never reached, so that we can avoid those pitfalls. And we will save time at the end to start the process of setting our own individual goals.
In our second session, we will look at the goals we’ve already set and decide how we can develop them more fully, which will help to ensure we are successful. And you’ll leave with a list of more than 20 tips to help you reach those all-important goals.
