In this two-hour live online class, participants will learn about where clips, images and sounds can be found using the Creative Commons, Commons and Public Domain. These clips, images and sounds can be used for marketing, instruction and digital media projects.
By the end of this course, students will:
- Understand what the creative commons and public domain is and how it can be useful to libraries in production and marketing.
- Understand copyright in conjunction to creative commons and public domain
- Locate clips, images and sounds for library use with ease of copyright.
Staff from Florida libraries may register for this workshop at no charge. Priority will be given to SEFLIN members. Non-members will be placed on a waiting list and added as space permits after the registration deadline.
