Dealing with Angry Patrons (Online Course)

WebJunction Florida’s new course, Dealing with Angry Patrons, helps you improve your skills in dealing effectively with angry customers.  No one enjoys having to deal with an angry patron, but with proper preparation, and by developing a specific set of skills you can:

  • Minimize conflict.
  • Defuse patron anger.
  • Identify the underlying issues so that you can help find the best solution.

This course is $40, but you may have access to FREE courses through WebJunction Florida.
