Viktor Frankl’s 1946 book Man’s Search for Meaning chronicles his experiences as a concentration camp inmate and describes his psychotherapeutic method of finding a reason to live. According to a survey conducted by the Library of Congress, Man’s Search For Meaning belongs to a list of “the ten most influential books in the United States.” Today. the quest to find our own meaning and purpose continues. And undoubtedly until we achieve it, the hunger in most of us will continue to grow.
The Finding the Meaning and Purpose in Our Lives webinar examines ways that we all can not only find, but live the life we believe we must. While they are no shortcuts to what Abraham Maslow described as “self-actualization”, there are steps we can be taking everyday to get there. One thing is certain: You have to know what you want…to achieve and live it!
