This three-hour course will provide a hands-on introduction to using Flip video cameras in your library. These simple camcorders can be used by people with any level of video experience to create, edit, and share movies. Find out how libraries are using this technology as a tool for:
- recording library events
- creating virtual tours
- library marketing and advocacy
- producing training and instructional videos
- and more
Get basic editing tips and learn how to share your finished videos with the world.
SEFLIN will provide a Flip camera for each student to use during the class. Flip cameras will be available for checkout to SEFLIN member libraries.
Staff from Florida libraries may register for this workshop at no charge. Priority will be given to SEFLIN members. Non-members will be placed on a waiting list and added as space permits after the registration deadline.
