Wendy Hirsch is a principal with Mercer’s Human Capital Business. She helps clients understand the people implications of their business strategy and leverage their human resource function to improve bottom-line results. She is an industrial-organizational psychologist who has experience in human capital strategy and measurement, workforce analytics and planning, attraction and retention, metrics and dashboards, pay equity, and diversity. Her work has been presented at several national conferences and published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Human Resource Development Quarterly.

Brian Kelly is a partner at Mercer and is the global Commercial Leader for the human capital metrics and analytics solutions. Brian currently serves as the co-chair of the Institute of Human Resources Workforce Planning and Analytics Working Group and vice chair of the Society of Human Resource Professional’s (SHRM) workforce metrics taskforce. Previously, he was the president of Infohrm’s North American operations and was responsible for the firm’s global sales, marketing and partner strategy.
