While many of the team and department decisions we make on a daily basis are relatively simple, some are not. When the situation is complex and/or consequences are significant, team commitment and buy-in are important, and team decision-making is often the best approach. This interactive and engaging webinar will focus on the best approaches for making team decisions. This is an important skill we all can use for effective problem solving, determining our direction in moving forward and much, much more.
Participants will learn and begin to master:
- The situational challenges of team decision making
- Six approaches to make decisions including Team Consensus and the advantages and disadvantages of each
- Techniques to ensure participation when team member help is needed
