We’ll see examples of libraries doing ‘leading-edge’ things with new tools, including mobile. Be prepared to be inspired!

Scott Brown is the owner of Social Information Group, an independent information practice that focuses on the effective use of social networking tools for sharing and finding information. His book on finding information via social media tools, “Social Information: Gaining Competitive and Business Advantage Using Social Media Tools”, was published in 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in library and information organizations, in public, academic and corporate settings.
