Using Social Business Tools to Create a Thought Leadership Platform

A case study and best practices discussion with HP

In this webcast, HP and Jive Software will discuss how social business tools can enable valuable discussions between both customers and companies as well as among employees internally. HP will share how its teams are innovating with social collaboration tools to create a thought leadership platform (Enterprise 20/20) that enables employees, customers, and evangelists to find industry experts, share expertise, and discuss the future of enterprise. Employees seed the conversations, and industry experts and evangelists drive the discussion further by engaging with the community.

Each month, HP seeds another chapter of its Enterprise 20/20 eBook into the community to solicit discussions, feedback and thoughts on the future of the enterprise. Using expertise shared in the thousands of conversations from the community, HP is not only building a “crowd-sourced” repository of thought leadership, but they are also intimately connecting with their customers and prospects in an innovative way.
