Using Storytelling to Dramatically Increase Effectiveness (Online)

For years, TPR Storytelling (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling or TPRS) has been a method of teaching foreign languages. TPRS lessons use a mixture of reading and storytelling to help students learn a foreign language in a classroom setting with outstanding results.

The technique of incorporating Storytelling in Organizational Training has proven to be effective in the long-term retention and implementation of the materials by participants.

This 30-minute PCI webinar will examine the best practices of effectively incorporating storytelling into our training materials and the pitfalls to avoid.

Andrew has been developing and conducting training seminars for libraries and library organizations for more than ten years. He has presented Web-based, On-line, and Face-to-Face sessions on Management and Leadership, Customer Service and Communication Skills in the U.S. and numerous countries around the world. He is the founder of the PCI Webinars.
