Using the Space in Your Library to the Max (SEFLIN)

No money for an expansion or new building? Lots of new needs and no space to provide the services? This workshop teaches a data-based method for making decisions about how library facility space can be used most effectively to meet current service goals. The method also includes an approach to packaging your requests for realignment of how library space is used so they will have maximum credibility and clarity. Ruth O’Donnell has been assisting libraries with facilities and space use planning for thirteen years.

Staff from Florida libraries may register for this workshop at no charge. Priority will be given to SEFLIN members. Non-members will be placed on a waiting list and added as space permits after the registration deadline.
